During this training, students are referred as "CATALYSTS" meaning Agents of Change
WEEK 5.1: MISSIONS TRIP
Catalyst students will be going for a missions trip and applying what they have learned to bring impact to the community.
WEEK 5.2: GRADUATION &
IMPACT CONCERT
Catalyst students will graduate and receive a certificate and will participate at the Impact Concert.
WEEK 0: STAFF AND INTERNS
Team Leaders and Interns are trained intensively to up-skill their leadership capabilities to become Team Leaders and Team Facilitators.
WEEK 1: LEADERSHIP
Catalyst students start their program and begin classes, electives, and leadership training.
WEEK 2: FREEDOM
Focus is on freedom from emotional baggage and pain to be released into truth, joy, hope, and peace as individuals have encounters with the love and power of Christ.
WEEK 4: KIDS CAMP
Catalyst students are empowered to be leaders in Kids Day Camp and applying what they have learned to bring an impact to the kids.
WEEK 0: STAFF AND INTERNS WEEKS
